The London Highways Alliance Contract (LoHAC) has been developed as a joint initiative between TfL and London's boroughs, to deliver a reliable, reputable and cost-effective highways service across the Capital. More information can be found on the Transport for London website.

The London borough of Barnet has entered into a call-off contract under the LoHAC framework.

The contract will cover a range of services including; reactive maintenance; carriageway resurfacing; footway reconstruction; road markings; gully cleansing; minor drainage; weed spraying and crossover works. Additional services can be incorporated into the contract at a later date, given the high level of flexibility which the LoHAC contract provides.
